McDonald’s Hong Kong is creating a special virtual world called “McNuggets Land” to celebrate 40 years of Chicken McNuggets.
This world will be built using a technology called Web3, which allows people to have fun online.

In McNuggets Land, players can visit a virtual store and explore a hidden factory to learn about the history of Chicken McNuggets. They can also complete quests and win rewards like virtual tokens to buy things in the virtual world. Some lucky users might even get coupons for free Chicken McNuggets in real-life McDonald’s restaurants.
The Sandbox, has partnered with many big brands before, like Warner Music Group, Adidas, and Snoop Dogg.
McDonald’s is not the only company using virtual worlds to engage customers. Many other big brands are also exploring this exciting new way of interacting with people.
